We encapsulate that ambition in one simple slogan: #TransformingLives
So, how are we doing?
2019 saw record results in all phases of our work.
Our primary academies improved, many very substantially, in all key performance measures from Early Years through to Key Stage 2.
Our secondary academies improved, some, again, very substantially, in most Key Stage 4 measures. As a result, our position in the DfE national multi academy trust league tables for the Progress 8 measure improved significantly.
Our Post-16 students continued to perform very well in Advanced Levels, Applied General and BTEC Level 3 qualifications.
Our (unique in any English trust) FE commercial arm again delivered very strong performance in both its post-16 and adult qualifications offer.
ATT academies are increasingly popular with families and we are seeing growing, and record, pupil admission numbers as we meet the increasing demand from parents.
We forecast further improvements in the summer of 2020.
How do we do it?
We achieve all that we do because of the sheer professionalism, talent and determination evident in all of our people: teachers, support staff, leaders, governors and trustees. Our ATT Institute (ATTI) will officially launch in September 2020; it embodies our commitment to the very best training and development for all who work with us.
