“This course has enabled me to become a better practitioner and I would highly recommend it as an extremely effective form of PD.”

The ‘Learning Leaders Coaching Course’ is based on the premise that we should all be leaders of our own learning. Coaches have a fundamental role in this process by developing teacher expertise and establishing the right conditions for professional growth.

This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and strategies to design coaching experiences and coach colleagues.

Participants will explore a range of coaching models, learn about the power of practice, habit change and why transformation occurs. They will then use their knowledge and skills to design and deliver coaching that is right for their context.

“This course has helped me develop as a leader by being able to better support my team and colleagues through the understanding of different coaching models and techniques. I’d highly recommended!
