Jo is currently the Chief Finance Officer at Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT). With 43 academies and ~35,000 students, OAT is one of the largest MATs in the country.
Jo trained with Price Waterhouse Coopers and worked for 20 years in various senior leadership positions at companies such as Cadbury and Jaguar Land Rover before moving to OAT in 2019.
Jo has a strong track record in financial turnaround and driving organisation performance, transformation, and change management, in addition to corporate governance and risk management.
Jo has volunteered in one way or another ever since completing the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme at school. This has often involved education and Jo has been a reading mentor, Young Enterprise Advisor, and long-standing Chair of Governors.
