Tania is currently the founding Executive Head Teacher of a specialist SEMH provision in South Gloucestershire, with both a primary and secondary campus. She has previous experience as a Headteacher, opening a school under Freshstart with the DfE; a Deputy in a residential all through, split site SEMH setting in the West Midlands and of teaching in a secondary mainstream setting, with Head of Year responsibility.

Tania has a strong track record in leading curriculum, behaviour and quality school improvement and supporting schools which required improvement as a Local Leader of Education (LLE).

She currently chairs the Special Schools Network in her LA and is a member of the National Committee of Engage In Their Future, an educational charity that supports the work of staff working with vulnerable and often disadvantaged young people with SEMH needs in both mainstream and special schools.
