Session   |    Building on Barbie – Empower, Protect, Prevent: A Gender-Responsive Approach to Safeguarding

Building on Barbie empowers girls to challenge stereotypes, redefine leadership and grow in confidence through phases of awareness, role models, voice and ownership. Rooted in Kiran’s Disruptive Women chapter, it highlights how gendered norms shape identity and safeguarding. By broadening leadership narratives, the project helps girls see themselves as capable, authentic leaders of the future.
