Emily is the Head of Governance here at ATT, leading governance strategy, and operations across the Trust’s 21 academies and 1 FE. She provides expert advice to Members, Trustees and the Executive Leadership Team on compliance, risk, and organisational accountability, and is instrumental in strengthening governance frameworks, modernising processes, and embedding a culture of high‑quality assurance.
With a career spanning senior governance roles in multi‑academy trusts, alongside earlier experience in education and programme leadership, Emily brings a strategic, collaborative, and system focused approach to improving governance effectiveness across the Trust.
