Our Aspirant System Leaders Development Pathway is Back for 23/24!
Take your leadership expertise to the next level with ATT Institute’s Aspirant System Leaders Development Pathway. Planned and delivered by highly successful system leaders, this programme offers insight into the strategic and operational responsibilities of those working in Educational System Leadership positions.
This course is suitable for current senior leaders who aspire to be system leaders, with next career steps including roles like Vice Principal or Principal.
There are a maximum of 20 spaces available.
There will an in-person pre-course preparation session, 2-day residential immersive leadership experience and all participants be allocated a trained leadership coach for 6 months to support them on their continued development journey. All participants will be shortlisted for appropriate advertised ATT leadership roles.
- In-person training session engaging in a leadership style review and identifying leadership strengths and next steps
- 2-day residential from 2-3 February 2024 with an activity spine spanning the 2 days where tasks will challenge and inspire participants to engage with aspects of leadership to support their future development as an agile and expert leader
- 6 months of leadership coaching with an expert leader
- A post-course reflection and review process to plan for you continued career trajectory
