Complete your Passport to HR!

Are you a Line Manager looking for HR-focused training to help support you with the people management responsibilities of your role?

We’re launching a new annual programme of training to help you develop the HR skills and knowledge you need to be an effective manager. Whether you’re a new colleague, in need of a refresher, or want to respond to recent policy changes, we’ll have all the information you need.

These sessions will cover topics like conducting investigations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), managing staff absence, pay and conditions, and more.

The sessions will take place on a rolling annual schedule, so you can jump in at any point during the year. After each session you complete, you’ll recieve a stamp in your personal HR Passport to show how you’re levelling up your people management skills!

Conducting Investigations

With Deputy Director of People Strategy Gemma Morris, this session is suitable for anyone at a senior level (SLT and above) in their organisation who could be appointed as an Investigating Officer.
