James Morris
SLT – Personal Development | Thurston Community College
I have successfully led on both the Behaviour and Culture and Personal Development elements of the Ofsted criteria at SLT level.
I am very passionate about my job and what I do, being a fellow allows me to pass on that passion and my experiences to others, helping them to grow as practitioners, which in turn will improve the provision they give to their students within their settings. Being a fellow allows you to have a greater impact on more students for the better
“I have really enjoyed being an ATT Institute Fellow. It is a great opportunity to engage with colleagues from different schools, sharing and developing ideas. I have also thoroughly enjoyed watching the group I work with grow in confidence and hearing how they have implemented ideas, we have discussed, successfully in their own setting. I have also found that it has been a great learning journey for me and feel I have further developed as a leader and have had the opportunity to engage in further research.”
