Christine has dedicated 15 years to nurturing and supporting children across various educational settings, including private, state, boarding, prep, and secondary schools. Her leadership roles over the past decade have focused on creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments where every child can thrive. Christine’s work as a senior leader in Safeguarding, SEND, Attendance, Wellbeing, Pastoral Care, and Behaviour has consistently led to positive outcomes, with areas under her leadership rated Good or Outstanding in inspections.
For the past four years, Christine has been a vital part of the Trust, working both in academies and centrally. She began by leading on Safeguarding and expanded her focus to include SEND, Attendance, and Inclusion, always aiming to improve the educational experience for all students. Christine’s efforts have driven school improvement, resulting in increased student attendance, enhanced well-being, and significant improvements in safeguarding practices.
Christine also leads on the accredited NPQSENCO, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and excellence in education. Her extensive experience in Pastoral, Wellbeing, Mental Health, Safeguarding, and Inclusion highlights her holistic approach to student care.
