Kate has worked in education since 2005, having completed a degree in Primary Education. She joined Jubilee Academy Mossley in 2020 as the Principal after being a Headteacher in Wolverhampton and working within Staffordshire schools previously.
Throughout her career, Kate has completed her NPQH and is currently completing her NPQEL.
As the Principal, Kate works collaboratively with staff, parents, and the local community to ensure every child at Jubilee Academy Mossley has the opportunity to succeed. Kate is dedicated to inspire and enable each child to achieve their full potential through an enriched curriculum that builds on a child’s knowledge and understanding of the world around them. She believes promoting well-being is paramount in creating a happy, safe, respectful learning environment for all, staff and children alike.
Kate wants the children who attend Jubilee Academy to leave the academy with the skills and positive thinking needed to achieve their ambitions and to lead happy and successful lives. We celebrate our children’s attitudes to learning through our school value of ‘Together we will SUCCEED’.
