Tom joined ATT in April 2025 as Principal at Caldmore Primary Academy. Prior to joining ATT, Tom has held the role of Head Teacher for 8 and a half years at a school within the West Midlands. Tom qualified as a teacher in 2002 with a specialism in Early Years and Key Stage One. During his career, Tom has worked in a range of schools across Dudley Local Authority and has taught all age groups in the primary phase.
Tom was one of the first Primary Maths Specialist Teachers to be recognised in 2009, has completed a Masters Degree in Educational Research and his NPQH in 2015.
Tom is passionate about delivering the best possible range of experiences for pupils and ensuring they achieve academic success.
