How a Review Works
Each review is tailored to your context, but typically involves a combination of: document analysis (including PD strategies, planning and evaluation materials); interviews and focus groups with senior leaders, middle leaders, and staff; and where relevant, observation of professional development sessions. This enables us to build a rounded, evidence-based picture rather than a surface-level snapshot.
