Alistair joined our Board in the summer of 2019 and brings with him a wealth of change management and human resources experience. Our people are our most important resource so we are delighted to have him on board!
Prior to founding his own consultancy company, Alistair held senior positions with responsibility for people and corporate responsibility with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, one of the world’s largest commercial global professional bodies, with the NSPCC, one of the UK’s largest charities and with a variety of private sector organisations.
He has a strategic but hands-on approach and a consistent record of delivering substantial change and business transformation, which he is now turning to the benefit of our pupils/learners and their communities.
