Alongside leading on Teaching and Learning and CPD, I have held the roles of Professional Tutor (PGCE) and Induction Tutor (ECT) for 5 years now and have, during this time, worked closely with both mentors and newly qualified members of staff in developing their practice.

I find supporting others, sharing my knowledge and experiences of the content of the Early Career Framework, and discussing best practice a highly rewarding experience. I hope I can help others develop during such an important period of an individual’s teaching career.
