Previously a Head of Faculty, I am now in a whole school role focusing on strategies and PD to develop teaching and learning across the Academy.
Having found the NPQLT an incredibly valuable experience, I want to support other teaching colleagues to develop this knowledge base and feel empowered in their roles as leaders to lead improvements that support the young people we work with.
