I have been teaching for 23 years and for the last 20 years, I have mentored and coached NQTs (as they were then known) and ECTs whenever we have had any at Queens. I was also part of the ECF pilot for the Ambition Institute back in 2019/2020.

I would love to be able to have the opportunity to share my experience of mentoring and coaching with a wider network of people and I want to support and offer guidance to our mentors and coaches of the future!
