You have entered a career in which you are paid to transform the lives of the most incredible children. What a privilege! You are determined to make a difference, and the education sector is full of inspiring colleagues who will guide and support you along the way. In this book, we introduce you to some of them. Written by the Academy Transformation Trust family and friends, this book is a collection of letters by teachers to their ‘NQT selves’ – tales of successes and challenges in their first year of teaching, offering practical tips to support you to thrive in your early career at the chalkface.
