On Thursday 19th April all the pupils at Caldmore Primary Academy wore green and spent the day working on a ‘Healthy Body, Healthy Mind’ themed day.

They supported a non-uniformed day and raised £290 for the NSPCC. The children all ran a mile around the playground and did activities linked to well-being (healthy eating, mindfulness, resilience, relaxation).

Alison’s motivation for choosing NSPCC is our children here at Caldmore, who are up against some really awful challenges in their lives and have/will benefit from the support of the NSPCC at some point.
