Are you a Line Manager looking for HR-focused training to help support you with the people management responsibilities of your role?
We’re launching a new annual programme of training to help you develop the HR skills and knowledge you need to be an effective manager. Whether you’re a new colleague, in need of a refresher, or want to respond to recent policy changes, we’ll have all the information you need.

These sessions will cover topics like conducting investigations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), managing staff absence, pay and conditions, and more.
The sessions will take place on a rolling annual schedule, so you can jump in at any point during the year. After each session you complete, you’ll recieve a stamp in your personal HR Passport to show how you’re levelling up your people management skills!

Data Protection Awareness for Line Managers
The final instalment of our HR Passport series wraps up with a focus on data protection. Led by ATT’s Director of People Strategy Clare Plant and suitable for anyone in the organisation that handles personal data (either student or staff), this session will be particularly useful for line managers that may have access to sensitive personal data.
