One of the biggest challenges we face as women is balancing our career aspirations with our family lives if we decide to become mothers.
I was lucky and had the gracious opportunity and space to work part time while my daughter was younger. This allowed me the chance to come back full time when it was right for me. Since then, I have even stepped into a middle leadership position, continuing to balance career and family, have aspirations and be a mum.
