I have been an Assistant Principal for 6 years and have enjoyed every minute of it! I have led Teaching and Learning, Behaviour, Attendance, Safeguarding and PHSE / SMSC.

I have experienced working in Inadequate, Requires Improvement, Good and Outstanding Ofsted judgements. I understand that Culture and Ethos are at the heart of any school and I believe I have first hand experience on how you can encourage a positive environment for staff and students.
