I am an experienced Principal in a large secondary academy with a sixth form and I have also supported other academies with school improvement and worked as an Ofsted Inspector.
The most valuable training and development I have received has been from colleagues who have lived and breathed my experiences as a Principal; I would therefore like to share my learning and experiences with those aspiring to become Principals.
