Natalie joined ATT in September 2017, as the Vice Principal of North Walsall Primary Academy, she remained at North Walsall until July 2022 as the Principal.
Since 2021, Natalie has carried out the role of Trust Principal, as portfolio holder for Pupil Premium and Attendance and is an accredited Pupil Premium Reviewer. Most recently in 2023, Natalie has taken on the role of Primary Director.
Natalie has extensive leadership experience in education and in the private PLC sector. In addition to this experience Natalie has led on the accredited NPQs since 2020, she holds an NPQML, NPQSL, NPQH and a Masters in Education.
Natalie has come full circle with Academy Transformation Trust as she is a proud alumnae student of Bristnal Hall Academy, who joint the trust in 2012.
