Sean Latham joined ATT in February 2025 as the Director of Estates, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in estates management, project management, procurement, contracts, governance, and legal disciplines.

Sean’s professional journey includes significant roles at Entrust Education Support Services and Staffordshire County Council. At Entrust, he served as Operations Director for 11 years, where he was instrumental in transforming local authority services into a sustainable, efficient private business. He successfully led a multi-disciplinary property team, delivering thousands of school property projects, including over 20 new primary schools and the eight-form entry John Taylor School in Burton.

Prior to Entrust, Sean spent six years at Staffordshire County Council, managing a diverse range of services such as Property, HR, ICT, OD, Catering, Cleaning, Grounds, Fleet, Print, and transformation projects. One of his major achievements was spearheading the £37M Staffordshire Place masterplan, which introduced innovative working methods and consolidated 1600 staff from 18 buildings, freeing up key economic development sites across Stafford.

In addition to his roles in education and local government, Sean has experience in social care and health, where he managed the national training function for a care provider specialising in learning disabilities and dementia. He also has 20 years of experience in the retail sector, focusing on developing leadership skills among first-line managers.
