Our school is proud to be part of Academy Transformation Trust (ATT).

ATT is a family of schools and colleges working together to provide the very best education for every child. As a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT), we bring schools together under a shared vision, allowing them to collaborate, share expertise and access specialist support while remaining at the heart of their local communities.

Our mission is simple: to help every child become capable, competent and confident, regardless of their background, starting point or circumstances. We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, develop their talents and leave school ready for the next stage of their journey.

Our cross-phase group of academies was founded in 2011 and, since that time, we have grown to our current family of 22 academies (primary, secondary, post-16 and FE) operating across 10 English local authority areas.

We are responsible for the education of over 13,500 learners, the careers of over 2,000 colleagues, and the effective allocation of over £80 million of state funding every year.

What is a Multi-Academy Trust?

A Multi-Academy Trust is an organisation that supports a group of academies. Rather than schools working in isolation, they become part of a wider network that can share resources, expertise and best practice.

This means our schools benefit from the strength of a larger organisation while maintaining their own identity, character and importance within their local community. School leaders remain focused on the needs of their pupils, while the Trust provides additional expertise and support behind the scenes.

How We Support Our Schools

Our role is to help our schools focus on what matters most: providing a transformational education for children and young people.

We do this by:

Our Values

Everything we do is guided by three core principles:

Belonging & Becoming

We meet children where they are and help them grow into the people they can become. We want every child to feel known, valued and connected to their school community.

Integrity & Excellence

We act ethically, do the right thing and strive for the highest standards in education and personal development.

High Trust, High Accountability

We trust our school leaders and staff to make decisions that are right for their communities, while working together to continually improve outcomes for children. The Trust acts as an expert partner, providing support, challenge and collaboration.
