All colleagues who perform educational leadership roles (including executive, senior and middle).

All colleagues who perform a teaching role and directly educate students (including teachers and instructors).

All colleagues who perform the vital role of removing barriers to learning, therefore enabling education for our students (including roles like TAs, pastoral leads, attendance officers, librarians, etc.).

All colleagues who provide the systems, environment and operational support to ensure all ATT colleagues can perform their educational roles (including roles like IT, HR, estates, catering and admin, etc.).

Transforming PD for Our Partner Trusts and Colleagues

We are proud to offer a suite of accredited courses including NPQs, SSAT Lead Practitioner Accreditation, Initial Teacher Training and the Early Career Teachers Programme. We welcome applications from external participants, schools and Trusts to access our offer.

We also offer a range of professional development opportunities for our Trust partners including opportunities for facilitation, support with strategic planning for PD and can offer expert support for TA Deployment, Pupil Premium, Attendance, Inquiry Questions and Instructional Coaching.
