You’ll be using the Steplab learning platform throughout your teacher training programme. To help you get to know your way around it, Ambition Institute have put together this helpful training video.

Outstanding Portal Tasks
You may have some tasks left to complete on your Ambition Institute My Teacher Training portal. Carefully check the list below, and if you’re yet to finish any of these tasks, please make sure to log in to your portal and complete them as soon as possible.
- Upload any outstanding documents
- Complete your references
- Complete the pre-conference materials
Candidate handbooks are available via the portal to help guide you through these processes.
Complete Mandatory Training
If you’ve yet to complete your mandatory Safeguarding and PREVENT training modules on iHasco, make sure you do so by 15th August at the latest. Your login details should have come through from Ambition- contact them if you have any issues.
Bursary
If you have chosen to finance your ITT programme with a bursary (secondary only), you will have received an email from Ambition Institute regarding your payments. You will need to register with the Student Loans Company to receive your bursary, even if you are not applying for any student loans. Contact Ambition Institute if you have any further bursary questions.
Our Second Class of 2025 Event
Reminder- ATTI Coffee Morning
Come along to one of our ATTI coffee morning sessions on Thursday 22 August at 10.30am and meet your new team! We’re running this casual social event at both our East and West hubs, so you can choose which location to join us. You’ll have the chance to meet your fellow trainees and the ATT Institute team face-to-face. There’ll be coffee, cake, and plenty of discussion. Get to know your peers and talk with us about what to expect from your upcoming programme.
Book Time to Check Your Essential Documents
so we can arrange for anything outstanding to be verified in-person at
one of our hubs. If you have any documents left to provide, you will already have received an email prompting you to book an hour timeslot from the dates listed below. You can’t start your teacher training programme until all your essential documents are verified, so book your hour slot as soon as possible!
