Our full professional development offer is available for ATT colleagues. To help colleagues understand which opportunities will be most useful, we group roles into four categories that describe how they contribute to our mission of transformational education. Browse the descriptions below and select the category or categories that apply to you to see the most relevent training and courses.

Leading Education

All colleagues who perform educational leadership roles (including executive, senior and middle).

Delivering Education

All colleagues who perform a teaching role and directly educate students (including teachers and instructors).

Enabling Education

All colleagues who perform the vital role of removing barriers to learning, therefore enabling education for our students (including TAs, pastoral leads, attendance officers, librarians).

Supporting Education

All colleagues who provide the systems, environment and operational support ensuring all other colleagues can perform their educational roles (including IT, HR, estates, catering and admin).
